Well men must know better than me what they do prefer, i just tell ya that i don't give a damn, i rather prefer mines and not brealinkg bricks with them OMG even some elbow against us sometimes hurts a boob now that!

Oh dear i hate it too..and sometimes i really think if it wasn't better go to the doc and ask some pills so wheni have an imnsonia i take it but i hate be knock off/out so no pills thanks, i rather prefer take a calm tea, hoping that it works or well when my body and mind feel really tired will sleep for sure be day or night!
yes, i have also phases about that..must be the stress sometimes, well dunno explain it, or so mething worrying us..i always listen calm and low music, not loud, so it helps me to sleep and read a book also helps...or evenbetter a DVD! HAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA
Yes, awww Milly for sure i support you, i'm by you and i really hope i help somehwo as am not there but with words and positive thinking i believe that it can helps as happened and happens to me too..sometimes even helps more than the ones who live near or neaby me, really!

I tried pill's to heklp me sleep but they made me feel drunk in the morning and Im not good in the morning as it is..And I have tried lavender and hot drink before bed..But still I can't sleep...

Yes I'm OK..oh no worries, i really am, i learned with time yes to block out in my mind easily stuffs that hurt me, so i don't even think about them or if i think or talk i will in an easy way ... just yes maybe sometimes we're more sensible and as a beloved loss hurts so much we an't help it and tears come, but i remember her with smiles, i've her photos all around in my bedroom as well some of her thingies she liked so much near my books, yes i learned well though with a huge forverelasting pain live with it ..that feeling... that's why i distract my mind with a lot, not to think on stuffs that hurt me, much better laugh than cry
I spent my day having a lunch-out with friends by seaside, then we walked around and i came home moments ago
