..If I return before I get back..Please look after me!

Been thinking about someone here who I thought I knew really well..Spent alot of time chatting too..both via comment's and PM's..Then E Mails..

And then..~~Like my last £20 pound note~~..They just vanished! .. Gone.. No warning,message or anything..I just don't get it? It's like I never really knew her at all...

Feel kinda sad about it..Hope all's ok..

Anyway..Did any one watch that.."What's Really In Our food" last night? .. I swear I aint ever eating again .. My only regret is that I did'nt record it to watch as motivation..This will be the best diet Ive ever been on

I hate it when friends vanish for no reason. Maybe they will come back under another name they often do.

I didn't see that programme but I have seen ones like it and it really does worry me. The restaurant ones where you get to see the state of the kitchens freak me out a bit to Eww!

Was that the programme with the young people in it who went off to bangkok and china etc? It is disgusting first of all what thoe people have to suffer so that we in the west can have so much cheap food and they live on a pittance and those poor chickens, I am seriously NEVER eating take away again

It's obscene, how any living thing can treat another living creature like that is beyond me, and I am talking about us in the greedy west NOT the people who have to work in those conditions

  Its funny you should mention that cos it was that, that started it off..Put me off Tuna when I saw how filthy that factory was..and how bad the staff were treated.. Also made me think about buying cheap food ..The wages these people were paid were disgusting..As were there working conditions..

    For me that is great news, more should watch it and take heed, if only people realised that those young girls selling themselves on the streets of Bangkok is a direct result of the West's demand for cheap food maybe they would think again, and all those mums who are seperated from their children just to provide for their family all to give us expensive crap to eat...when will we wake up? I knew it would probably be a salad bar or those dressings, they are sooooo disgusting, laying around all day with people poking about in them yuk!
    
    We forgot ourselves Friday night, we were tired, hubby picked up a Chinese, then as I was about to tuck in I just looked at the chicken on my plate and felt sick, with guilt and the thought of how it had come to be there, I pushed it around and thought 'how could you'? and gave it to the dog...... never again!
